There are a lot of things you can't see from space: your
home, the Eiffel Tower, the Taj Mahal. Most man-made structures are difficult
to appreciate from past the edges of low Earth circle (put something aside for,
disputably, the Great Wall of China). Nature, then again, goes up against a
radical new sort of excellence from the edges of our environment.
